I Hereby give r.otica that I intend to construct a -water-race to divert and use water for mining purposes, commencing at a point at a peg marked A on Clark's creek, Mercury Bay, half a mile ' from the junction of the said creek with the Rangihau stream, and terminating at a peg marked A about three chains below the said junction.
