Nelson, March 16
The Supreme Court opens to-morrow before Mr Justice Denniston. The cases for bearing are :■ —John Grooby, murder by killing his wife with an axe at Motueka on the Ist December. Accused iB at present an inmate of the Nelson Asylum. Harry Fuller is charged with stealing a cheque, the property of Eugene O'Connor, and there is a divorce case on the husband's petition, Ingram v. Ingrain. Another enquiry is to be held as to the lunacy or otherwise of William Jenning, an inmate of the Nelson Asylum.
