Every man desirous of becoming a Candidate must be Nominated by not less than two electors of the district by a nomina« tion paper as prescribed by section 75 of " The Electoral Act, 1893," and section 15 of "The Electoral Act Amendment Act, 1896," delivered to the Returning Officer not later than 5 o'clock in the afternoon of the 24th day of March, 1897.
