British Navy Estimates.
London, March 3
The British navy estimates have been submitted to the House of Commons. The total amount required for the year is £21,838,000. The number of men is to be increased by 6300, and a sum of £7,000,000 will be expended in the construction of new warships, comprising four line of battle ships, three cruisers, and two torpedo boat destroyers. The formation of the trained reserve force will be commenced. At present, there are one hundred and eight vessels of all classes in course of construction.
