A HERBAL MEDICINE CASE.
CLAIM FOR £500 DAMAGES.

A case is being heard at the Supreme Ojurt to-day before the Chief Justice in which Sister Mary Joseph Aubert claims £500 damagea from Mr Orlando Kempthorne, manager for Kempt home and Prosser, lor alleged breach of contract.
The plaintiff alleges that Kempthorne contracted to take 50 gallons per annum of the herbal remedies of which she is the discoverer.
The defendant put in a count r claim for £500 on the ground that the medicines supplied being badly n ale up fermented, and were, unsalea' I \ The case will last all day.
