Cabinet meetings have begun, and several papers report there is dissension between Lord Roseberry and the leading opponents of the evacuation of Uganda. Lateb. [correction.] Several papers report that dissensions have occurred amongst the Ministry, on the Uganda question. Lord Eoseberry is at the head of the section who oppose the evacuation of that country.
