THE HAZARA REVOLT.
Calcutta, July 19 The Ameer of Afghanistan is raising 70,000 troops to suppress the Hazara revolt. If he is deieated it is expected that the whole country will rise in rebellion. The Ameer refuses to accept the Viceroy's interference, alleging that hej|has the right to quell the rebellion,
