WELLINGTON.—Last night.
The Wellington Woollen Co. At a meeting of the shareholders of the Woollen Company, it was decided to leave the amount to be borrowed to the discretion of the directors. The directors'fees were increased from £250 to £350, and a motion giving T. K. Mac Donald, Chairman, £250 for past services, was unanimously agreed to. Trout Poaching. Trout poaching has been common in the Hatt district recently, so a watch was kept, and two men were caught carrying a net across tbo mouth of the river. They will be prosecuted.
