Stanley and Emm Bey.
Zanjlbab, November 20.
Oapt. Wiessnsan has received information to the effect that Emm Bey and Stanley had left the Equatorial provinces under the control of two Egyptian officers. Most of the troops insisted that they ■honid be allowed to return homeward instead of going south. The advance party of refugees reached Upwapwa on October 11th, and raport that Stanley and Emm Bey will probably reach Bagaoaaye about the first of December.
