Suicide of "Billy Lincoln."
Billy Lincoln, a painter, and for many years a resident at the Thames, committed suicide in the river at the railway bridge yesterday at 4.30 pm. An inquest is now being held, but will have to be adjourned to secure the attendance of important
witnesses
