DUNEDIN.
Yesterday. At the Land Board to-day, Mr McKerizie moved for an enquiry under the Land Board's Enquiry Act, as to the occupation by the Otago University of land which was leased to A. C. Begg as Attorney for W. Docberty of London. Mr McKenzie said the allegation of the settlers in the district was that Mr Docherty was a dummy for B. Campbell and Sons. The consideratien of the matter was post* poned for a week so that a legal opinion might be obtained, as to whether the run, comes within scope of an enquiry under the act.
