There was a lengthy discussion in the Assembly on the third reading, of the Reform Bill.
Mr Munro Jmoved an amendment extending the franchise to the Council. The amendment was lost by a fair majority. The House divided on the third reading at three o'clock this morning—43 in favor, 33 against the bill, who have the best of it in consequence of there not being au absolute majority of the House. Sydney, Friday.
The second reading of the Education Bill was carried in the Assembly by a majority of forty. 110 entries hare been receired for the wool show at the International Exhibition, including 12 from New Zealand.
