(To tho Editor of the Evening Star.) Sin, —In reply to Mr Doeblc I bee; to say that I was notified to attend the inquest by Sergeant Mu'.villo, and I state most positively that I hare never heard of Mr Paul having sold any of his cows till after I had made the statement; in fact, he still has a cow, if not cows. In reference to Mr Dceble's insinuation as to the ends I had to serve, I don't know what he means, unless he measures my corn by his own bushel.—l am, &c, James Cocks.
