There were three informations— two by Kahana Katabia and Meihana Takibi against Kinross and Worgan, the 'other by Paara Nonoi against Sutton and Worgan—Mr Eees being the solicitor in all three cases. He is in Auckland at present. It is alleged that the reason the cases were not proceeded with, was because Worgan is in prison at Wanganui.
