On the House resuming, the debate was continued for some time, when a division was taken as o whether the estimates should be proceeded with, and it was decided in the affirirative by 44 to 30. The voie for educaiicn provoked another discussion. Mr Bowsn proposed special grants for thinly-popula'e'i districts, and the debate o:i this point-was proceeding at the 10 o'clock adjournment. '
