After Mr Reynolds concluded his speech last night, Mr Wales—who was also to have addressed the meeting—asked them to take his speech as read, and he would publish it in the papers. The meeting objected, as he will be asked lots of questions. He speaks in a few days.
The provincialists at, last night's meeting were present in great force : nearly all the late Macandrew banquet people.
