Archard, Captain Jones (schooner Queen). 2nd prize, £200, Geo. Winterfield. 3rd prize, £100, J. H. Marshalkand-eoT" Second sweeg : - Ist prize, £262, Kereama (Graham"), a native from Hokianga; 2nd, 131, E. Chalmers ; 3rd, £65 10s, R. Teague, carter. ,
Ellis's (Exchange Hotel) sweep: Ist prize, £300, Andrews and Hardiman, of Hokianga; 2nd, W. Rattray, £150, North Shore ; 3rd, £100, Miss Gibbs, formerly barmaid at the Exchange Hotel. We learn that Mr Yarborough sold his share in Woollomai to Mr Fraser of Hokianga for £3 some days ago. Captain Jones, of the Queen, arrived in harbour from Hokianga only last night.—Auckland Star.
