r William McNeilly was charged with leaving a horse and cart unattended in the public street and without having a chain fixed to the wheel. -
Defendant; pleaded ignorance of the Bye-law, being a new comer. Fined Is and costs. This was all the business and the Court adjourned. - ■ ;
