The length of such race is six hundred yards or thereabouts, and its intended course is eastward and westward. The mean depth and bread'h of such race is three feet by two feet, and ifc is capable of carrying two sluice heads of water j and' the number of sluice heads; it is intended to appropriate is two, of forty inches "each; and the land required is six feet on each side of the said race.
