Wiicmak for Tairua Gold Mining Company, Limited, for permission to construct a Water Eace for mining purposes, commencing at a point indicated by a peg marked T, about two hundred yards south-west of Tairua Company's battery, and terminating at the Tairua Company's No. 1 race. The length of Eace i 3 two hundred yards, or thereabouts, and its intended course is cast and west. The mean depth and breadth of such Eace is three feet by two feet, and it is capable of carrying Two sluice heads of water, and the number of sluice heads of water of forty inches each which is is intended to appropriate is Two, and the land required for Euch Bace is thirty-three feet on each side of the centre thereof.
