TAIRUA GOLDMINING COMPANY.
At a meeting of directors held yesterday after the extraordinary meeting of shareholders, it was decided to proceed with the tramway connecting the mine with battery from the plans famished by Mr W. Sims, aa&in addition to the four stamper battery now nearly complete, to erect a 20 stamper mill;* Mr G. P. Hilton to furnish all necessary plans and specifications, and to .supervise its erection. - . -
