They have; a drive/put in about 17 feet through hard country, and they expect to cut the El Dorado reef in 10 feet more. Consolation Claim.— Owing to good prospects haying been obtained, several leases have been marked out between this claim and the El Dorado, westward. The ground is in demand. A ten acre lease was. pegged out by Woodward. The reefs run parallel. . Captain Goldsmith arrived on Monday. Mr-Mcßaren ; arrived to inspect /the country for the road. They haye cut the reef in trenching, and have obtained good prospects. They are putting in a drive to cut the reef. .
