OBTAINING MONET UNDER FALSE PRETENCES.
Henry Smith was charged with obtaining goods to "'the value of £1 10s from :Benjamin -Greenwood by false pretences -with intent to defraud, on or about April 23rd, 1875. ■ • .- Mr*. Tyler appeared for the prisoner, and applied for a remand as one of his witnesses was at Tairua.
