On the motion for second readiiUMff the Dunedin Waterworks Bill, Mr McGlashan pointed out that there was. a great amount of dissatisfaction against it. He would oppose the bill in Committee.' Mr Reid presented a petition against - the bill.
The bill was read a second time, on the understanding that the objections would be entertained in committee. •■ Mr W.
