He (defendant) had been twice before that Court in a state of lunacy, giving- trouble and requiring medical attendance; . Defendant pleaded hard to be let off with one more trial. He believed, he could reform if allowed ; he had done so once 18 years ago. His Worship said he could go, but he must distinctly understand that if: he came before ihim again he weuld certainly give him twelvemonths imprisonment.
