There appears to be a misunderstanding as to the meaning of the Governor's speech re abolition: of provinces. The Government will ask the House to go further than last year's resolutions. The Government Bill provides for the" total abolition of the provinces ;that:B,oad Boards and Municipalities are to be.substantially endowed; and - that the land fund will be left to open up the country and introduce population. -It is announced that; the Government Saeasures are all ready, and will; be brought down with the financial statementas soon; as i;the debate on the address is concluded.- ".•; • '.
