AUCKLAND.
This day. A Eussell telegram states that a steamer passed there to-day, believed to be the Llewellyn from Sydney for the A.S.P. Co. The Herald correspondent telegraphs from Wellington that it is believed Stafford will be appointed Premier at the end of the session; that Featherston will be dismissed, and Vogel appointed AgentGeneral.
