POINT RUSSELL.
No. 2 tribute finished crushing at the Priace Alfred battery to-day, but the result is far from satisfactory. 9 tons of stone werefput through, and gave a return of 9 ozs 3 dwtsof gold. A parcelis also being crushed for Teasdale's tribute (in the Point Bussell mine), and, from the appearance of the plates, will yield well. Cleaning up will take place to-morrow.
