Mb. J. Sheehan, M.H.R., Provincial Secretary visited the Waiotahi Creek school this morning. The new teacher, Mr. Brown, gave the children an object lesson, and afterwards gave them an opportunity of showing the visitor what they could do in a musical direction. „ The teacher, has taught hit, pupils the tonic sol fa system and they rendered ?eyeral pieces in good style. Mr. Sbeehah said if alt the schools under the Act were as well disciplined and so thoroughly organised, the money was well spent.
