YOUTH MISSING
Overturned Boat Found LONDON. December 21. Graham Kinross, aged 18, who twice previously had attempted to row to the Continent, is reported missing after the discovery of an overturned rowing-boat ashore near Dover. Kinross made earlier attempts in November in an endeavour “to see conditions on the Continent for myself.” He recently was charged with attempting to leave the United Kingdom without permission and was bound over for a year.
