BRITISH SOLDIERS SHOT
Russians Arrested (Rec. 7.30 p.m.) BERLIN, Dec. 17. The British authorities stated that as the result of a traffic accident on the Berlin-Spandau road on Saturday night, some Russians became excited and started to shoot, wounding two British soldiers, one of whom died. The Russians were arrested and will be handed over to the Russian authorities.
