Holiday Curtailed (N.Z.P.A.) GREYMOUTH. Dec. 4. Next month's coal output from the Grey district mines will be 6000 tons greater as the result of tlie miners' derision to forego three days ol tlie ( liiislinas holidays. In response lo tlie Government's appeal, work will be resumed on January 7 al all mines Mislead Ol January 10. it is computed that if all other mines follow lhe Grey example the output will be augmented bv approximately 30,000 tons.
