Maori Woman Killed
(N.Z.P.A.) WELLINGTON. Nov. 1. As a result of injuries received when struck by a train at Kuiwarra early this morning, a Maori woman died iii the Wellington Hospital at 1.15 pm She was Mrs C. Kapenc, aged about r>!'. of Porirua Pa. She apparently alighted Irnm a tram stationary al Kniwarrn. Station and was struck by n goods Irnin coming in the oppnsilc direction as she was crossing u lp linefrom one platform to the other.
