During that last fortnight, such a large quantity of Subsidy Skins Was received that the Committee over-expended its funds. Accordingly, the Committee asks trappers and all marketers of skins to keep their Subsidy Skins moving continuously into market. The Committee warns all concerned that, otherwise, it may be compelled to withdraw the Subsidy overnight or at very short notice.
