LAVAL TRIAL
Campaign For Revision PARIS. October 30. A campaign for the revision of the Laval treason trial was launched when N. Naud and M. Baraduc. who defended Laval, handed to the Press a 60,000-word defence written by Laval while in prison. This was not read at the trial because of Laval’s absence. Counsel announced that on instructions from Laval's widow and daughter, they are preparing a case for the rehabilitation of the executed man’s reputation.
