Social Evening There was a large attendance at a social evening held recently in honour of Mr and Mrs A. Childs. On behall of the residents, Mr J- Bowrie and Mr East welcomed Mrs Childs and extended best wishes to the guests. Mrs Hall made the presentation. The evening was spent in cards and dancing. Euchre prizes were won by Mrs East and Mrs J. Arnst and Mr M. Hullen and Mr Scannell. A novelty dance was won by Miss B. Jackson and Mr I Hall. Music was supplied by Miss B. Martin and extras were played by Mr J. White Mr R. Jackson was M.C-
