CITIZENS’ VICTORY CARNIVAL
Officials connected with the Victory Carnival have been asked to show clearly the boundaries of the three zones, south, west and north. Elsewhere in this issue is a plan which will show each resident to which zone his or her allegiance and assistance is expected.— P.B.A.
