SOVIET TROOPS IN MANCHURIA
Evacuation Under Way (Rec. 7.30 p.m.) LONDON. Sept. 30. The Moscow radio says all Soviet troops will be evacuated from Manchuria by November. A partial withdrawal began a few days ago. The evacuation of the bulk ot the forces will start in the second half of October. Notice of withdrawal has been given to the Chinese Command.
