Display of Stamps.—To-day is the opening of the 1945 health stamp campaign and first day covers have been provided for collectors. To promote interest in the campaign an exhibition of health stamps, mounted in order of issue from 1929 when the children’s health camp movement, began, has been arranged and is on display in Timaru The English catalogued prices vary from Id and 7d for the Id and 2d ‘■lamps to as high as 30 - each. During 1931 and 1932 very lew stamps were bought, and these issues are now bringing 30/-- and 20/- respectively.
