Message from M. Molotov (N.Z.P.A.) WELLINGTON, Sept. 28. The following message has been received by the Prime Minister from M. Molotov on the occasion of the celebration of Dominion Day: “Please accept from the Soviet Government and from myself personally congratulations and very best wishes. May I express my confidence in the continued development and intensification of friendly relations between the U.S.S.R. and New Zealand to the benefit of both our peoples?” • ’ Mr Fraser replied: “I thank you for your- kind Dominion Day message, and can assure you that the Government and people of New Zealand desire most sincerely to work in friendly co-opera-tion with the Soviet people for our mutual benefit and for the welfare of all peace-loving peoples.”
