Syria, China, etc.—Mondays and Wednesday, noon; late fee 1.10 p.m. •Fiji. *Tonga and *Samoa—Everv Tuesday, 2 p.m.; late fee, 3.15 p.m.. "Norfolk Island—Wed. and Fridays, noon; late fee, 1.10 p.m. "New Caledonia—Mon., Wed., Fridays, noon; late fee 1.10 p.m.; Tues, and Thursdays. 2 p in.; late fee 1.10 p.m *Beyond the Dominion, surface rates of postage apply.
