Restoration Predicted MADRID. September 25. General Alfredo Kindelan, son of King Alfonso, of Spain, representative in Spain of Don Juan, said the monarchist regime would take over from Franco's Government when Ihe time came and without a coup d’etat. General Kindelan suggeste d two months as the period in which the new-, regime would come into existence. A general election would swiftly follow restoration.
