Operational Awards (N.Z.P.A.) WELLINGTON, Sept. 25. His Excellency the Governor-General announces that the King has been pleased to approve the following operational awards to personnel of the R.N.Z.A.F. for service in the South Pacific area. Distinguished Flying Cross Acting-Squadron Leaders Lionel Ecklaw Renolds (Waipukurau), Donald Belton Collie (Invercargill), Denys Staples Hamilton (Christchurch). Flight Lieutenants Raymond Jack Nelson Archibald (Christchurch), William James Stanley Wonks (Dannevirke). Jack Selwynne E-urke (New Plymouth), John Stockdale Lockyer < Napier', Keith Douglas Sarginson i Wanganui >, Leslie Ernest Bradley (Onga Onga), Pilot Officer Eric Peter Shorthouse (Waimauku, since deceased), Warrant Officer Arthur Bertram Partridge (Greymouth). Distinguished Flying Medal Flying Officer James Benjamin Monk (Christchurch).
