SPRING SHOW

Horticultural Society Splendid Blooms On Display The Timaru Horticultural Society's spring show, held in the Caroline Bay Hall yesterday, provided a splendid display of spring flowers and shrubs. Some of the finest daffodils ever grown in this district were on exhibition. The season has not been favourable and this was reflected in the smaller number of entries. The judges stated that the quality of the exhibits were fully up to expectations. Following is the prize list:— Daffodil Classes (Judge: Mr Geo. Lewis, Christchurch) Geo.
