INDIAN TERRORISTS
Villagers Tortured POONA. August 23. The Bombay Government has arrested more than 3(H) men and declared seven organisations illegal following a reign of terror in the Saha district. The terrorists tortured at least 120 villagers, policemen and Government officials. They have been operating for •two years. Some victims had horseshoes nailed to I heir feet, and arms and legs were cut off.
