LEASE OF AREA ON HARBOUR BOARD RECLAMATION, TIMARU TENDERS will be received by the Board up to noon on MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 17, 1945, for the lease of an area of ground containing 2.29 perches on the Foreshore, Timaru, as shown on the plan attached to the Conditions of Tender. The Rental has been fixed at £25 per annum. The lease will contain the following provisions: Term, 21 years. At expiration of lease, Lessee has the right to have a new lease of 21 years offered for sale by public auction in accordance with the second schedule to the Public Bodies Leases Act, 1908. The Lessee to pay all rates, taxes, charges, insurance and other outgoings. Purposes for which leasehold is required must be stated and leasehold to be used only for stated purposes.
