WEATHER SOUTH CANTERBURY FORECAST

CLOUDY AND COLD The following Is the forecast for South Canterbury issued by the Meteorological Office, Wellington, for the period ending 5 p.m. to-day:— General Situation A depression is moving east from the North Island. The maximum temperature was 46 degrees and the minimum 41. There were .49 inches of rain. The glass was rising last evening.
