Euchre Social The popularity of tile fortnightly euchre parties in aid of soldiers’ parcel funds was well demonstrated on Saturday when the hall was filled to capacity. The chairman. Mr Fleming, awarded the prizes given by Mi' T. Sheenan to Mrs J. Anderson and Mr G. Johnson. The consolation awards went to Miss Mary Selman and Mr W. Annet. A competition was won by Mr. J. Scannel. The chairman announced that the next euchre would be the last of the series, and the aggregate prizes would be awarded.
Music was supplied by Mrs L. R. Bishop and Mr J. Bishop acted as M.C.
