BLADE SHEARING AND MUSTERING

Training Of Ex-soldiers (N.Z.P.A.) WELLINGTON, July 24. Some time ago the Rev. Clyde Carr made representations to the 'Minister of Rehabilitation regarding the training of ex-servicemen in blade shearing and high country mustering. He has been advised by the Minister that the matter was considered by the Farms Advisory Committee of the Rehabilitation Board at its last meeting, but that no decision was reached as it was thought insufficient information was available. The Minister said additional information was being obtained for the next meeting of the committee, and it was hoped a decision would not be long delayed. The Minister added he would advise Mr Carr further on the matter as soon as possible.
