GERMAN LABOUR
French Wage Scheme PARIS, July 18. The Government has announced plans for the use of German labour for the reconstruction and rehabilitation of the country while maintaining the wage standards of French labour. Employers and municipal councils able io contract through the Government for German labour must nay the Germans the same wages as the French workers, with a minimum of 100 frames a day.
